On June 8, 2022, Bird Global, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”). For more information on the following proposals submitted to stockholders, see the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2022.

1. Election of three Class I Directors. At the 2022 Annual Meeting, the stockholders elected each of the persons whose names are set forth below as Class I Directors to serve until the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. The appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022 was ratified by a vote of 872,402,329 shares voting for the proposal, 145,450 shares voting against the proposal and 14,736 shares abstaining from the vote on the proposal, and there were 0 broker non-votes.
